ReplyDeleteGreat choice of movies for this post. Definitely an inspirational story that can be related to by many. Sports movies, especially football, always seem to inspire me when I'm down.

This is a perfect example of transformational leadership. I think it starts out perfectly with the long distance run they all completed because it shows that they are transforming into more fit athletes. The speech is so moving and this truly is the turning point in the movie. Coach Boone exemplifies transformational leadership because after, they all begin to work as a team, whether or not they like each other.
ReplyDeleteYou already know this, but I love love love that movie. I think I cry every time I watch it. There are a lot of sports movies with inspirational speeches in it, but I think this one is the best! This is the greatest example of transformational leadership because they truly come so far by the end of the movie!
